All Proposals Approved

SAN FRANCISCO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 10, 2022 / Jaguar Health, Inc. (NASDAQ:JAGX) ("Jaguar" or the "Company") today announced the voting results of the Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 10, 2022.

Four proposals were submitted to and approved by the stockholders of the Company at the Annual Meeting. The proposals are described in detail in the Company's definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A relating to the Annual Meeting and supplemental information filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 27, 2022 and May 23, 2022, respectively. About Mytesi^®

Mytesi^® (crofelemer delayed release tablets) is an antidiarrheal indicated for the symptomatic relief of noninfectious diarrhea in adult patients with HIV/AIDS on antiretroviral therapy (ART).
